LTP in the Wild—Little Miss Bright

Looks like LT-Bot’s been spotted in South Australia!

This lovely image of LTP in the classroom comes courtesy of @LittleMissBright, a Year 3 teacher from Adelaide. The lesson she’s used is History Year 3, Unit 2, Lesson 3: Community development role models.

Little Miss Bright’s Comments

‘The PowerPoint® took us on a journey on the lives of Sidney Myer, Anh and Khoa Do as well as David Wirrpanda. Each role model used their position and influence to enrich the lives of their local community through education, aiding the poor or contributing to community development.

Students then went on to research an Australian of the Year for their free choice investigation.’

‘So exciting to see this online resource come to life as [R.I.C. Publications] continues to add some of their already well-developed resources into online, easy and accessible content!’

We love hearing from teachers and learning about the different ways they adapt LTP to their classroom! What’s your favourite style? Smartboard and print-outs for the whole class? A tablet and digital PDFs for a small group? Whatever your needs, LTP is easy to adapt.
